EVERGREEN CONTENT FOR LAWYERS
Evergreen Content for lawyers is content that doesn’t go stale and is still relevant weeks, months, or possibly even years after it was put on your lawyer site. This type of content doesn’t immediately date itself like the news.
Evergreen content is the best possible content and it can bring traffic to your site, increase social media shares, and move you up searches for a long period of time. The long-term relevancy of evergreen content makes it able to continuously bring in visitors.
When we talk about a piece of content being “evergreen,” we mean that evergreen content is content that continues to be relevant long past its publication, so traffic grows over time.
So obviously you want all content to be evergreen, yet not all content is created equal and some things are not going to qualify, like latest news stuff that might change. Evergreen web content has (virtually) no expiration date and ideally will retain its value over the long-term. Anything written about this year’s presidential election, for example, is not evergreen content.
Your substantive pages are “evergreen content” that does not change over time, or changes very slowly. Examples include
-
practice area pages
-
Summaries of the law
-
Local court pages
-
Advice pages.
Our legal content writing staff can enhance your existing substantive content or create unique content from scratch.
We can potentially take an existing practice area page say on Personal Injury law and expand the page with more content, images and video, and also create subpages for different specific areas of personal injury law.
